I am a Product Manager for IBM WebSphere Commerce and I focus on the vision of “next generation” B2B e-commerce (I call it B2B 2.0) that goes beyond the traditional goal of transaction automation to leveraging best practices from B2C e-commerce world to effectively market, sell, and build brand loyalty. In this role I have the wonderful opportunity to interact with customers from a variety of industries and in the past I’ve extensively worked with e-commerce and Internet applications in retail, consumer services, banking and industrial sectors.
